Refund policy

At Free My Weedman, all sales are non-refundable.

If an item you ordered does not turn out to be what you expected, eligible merchandise may be returned within 10 days of delivery for store credit only. Store credit will be issued via e-gift card only. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where an item arrives defective or damaged.

Store Credit

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.

Store credit will be sent to the email used at checkout in the form of an e-gift card.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for store credit, returned merchandise must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • In sellable condition

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • Returned with original packaging where applicable

Free My Weedman reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in acceptable condition.

Return Period

Customers have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Any returns requested after the 10-day period will be declined and returned to the sender.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Items marked “Last Chance”

  • Discounted items

  • Sale items

  • Promotional items

  • Limited drops marked final sale

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be in their original condition.

Returns will be rejected if items show signs of:

  • Wear

  • Washing

  • Stains

  • Perfume or smoke odor

  • Missing tags

  • Damaged packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

Returns must be shipped in secure packaging such as a shipping box or mailer. Do not place shipping labels directly on product packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
