Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days from the order date.
During product drops, promotional campaigns, or high-volume periods, fulfillment times may take slightly longer.
At this time, express or expedited shipping is not available.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped primarily via UPS.
Orders shipping to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses may be shipped through USPS.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and delivery method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Delivery Issues
Free My Weedman is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Free My Weedman is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
